Your Recruiting pipeline is your most importan part of your Network Marketing Company. Let me start off by giving you a couple of quick definitions relevant for your recruiting pipeline any new entrepreneur just starting off in the world of Network Marketing.
If you are creating your own network marketing company, I feel that one of the most important aspects for creating your opportunity is keeping your recruiting pipeline well-oiled and tuned up.
These definitions regarding your recruiting pipeline, are relevant to what we will be discussing.
Prospect: is any individual who may be a candidate for your service or product.
The prospecting phase is simply the concept of making a connection with someone who is currently searching out your opportunity, to better their lives and become an entrepreneur that they have dreamed about since they were a kid. The main objective is to get a presentation in front of them (Meeting, Capture pg), to
Get the recruiting process started. When actively seeking prospects that are actively seeking you will help in getting quality team members on your squad. Keeping your recruiting pipeline well oiled with consistant quality prospects, will lead to your Network Marketing soaring to new heights. Prospecting can also entail developing new leads via ads or other means. There are a lot of ways to recruit your team. Stay actively searching for new ways to pin point your target prospect and go for it.
Recruiting for your well oiled recuiting pipeline: Is the process that takes place during your presentation where you will drive your Networking Opportunity home. This is the time you are soliciting your prospect to join. It is where you(the distributor) use the materials provided by the marketing company to entice and recruit the individual observing, listening to, or reading your presentation.
This is when you will make the offer and ask for their signature on the dotted line. Once your prospect has joined your team and agreed to help build your network marketing company, there attentiveness towards following directions and having a Get It Done Attitude is of the utmost importance to help keep this recruiting pipeline well oiled and moving forward.
