Question by Nics: Will using different exercise DVDs everyday give results in my weight loss goals?
I don’t have enough money right now to join a gym but I have different exercise DVDs – cardio(tae bo etc) and weight training (denise austin’s shrink your female fat zones). Do you think this, along with proper diet, will be sufficient? How often do you think I should do the cardio? I am 23yrs, 5ft 7in and 190 pounds.

You need to buy a whole lot more DVD’s, then use them as weights. Why do you think watching people do what you do will help?
