Milk is horrible for anyone. Unless it’s unpastuerized. Seriously, milk is chock-full of hard to digest casein and lactose, full of hormones, pus, dead blood cells, white blood cells, and it’s a histamine clogging yourself up. Rice, soy, oat, hemp, or almond milk would be MUCH better. Anyways, it would take a long time of drinking it to cause on overdose and the vitamin a in milk is shit. Vitamin D deficieny is VERY common in today’s society in the USA (unless you’re outside in the sun a lot) so drink up that cod liver oil.
