Is this the very first time that the Dems got it right, or should the tax payers bailout money also be used for multimillion-dollar bonus money for those failing Wall Street Managers?
Regulations and Deregultaions does not stop Managers from managing poorly or successfully. Management is where the buck stops. Unless the Republicans can pay them off for a poor job done.

I know that if I don’t do a good job at work, I don’t get a bonus…
