I need help with my homework and this stupid computer blocks all sites known to man… I need to know these things:
VITAMIN E: amount we need
VITAMIN B12: benefits, where we get it from, and how much we need.
VITAMIN B6: same as above
THIAMIN, NIACIN, RIBOFLAVIN, and FOLATE
