Where can I get an easy business plan for starting a private home care service?

Question by Butterfly36: Where can I get an easy business plan for starting a private home care service?
I want to start a home health care business for the elderly and disabled. i need a business plan where I can just fill in the information or one that is easy catered toward home-health, private sitting,etc.
It will not be a business that I conduct from home, it will be in the clients home so that’s what I mean when I say private homecare or assisted living.
