I’ve always wondered this. What vitamins/minerals help stop/reduce sun damage and aging? Also another question would be which ones help increase it so I can avoid the use? Another thing is; If you reduce sun damage and aging would that stop you from tanning? Answer one or all please, and thank you . =)
