Any ideas? It’s a smaller warehouse. But I’m thinking like paper storage, cardboard boxes, books. Vitamin storage. Any other ideas would be appreciated! Thanks for your help!

You are on the right track. Anything that needs to be kept relatively climate controlled — storage for things like business records, overflow stock for most retailers, office equipment storage, off-season clothing storage (maybe talk to dry cleaners?).
