what multivitamins are good for women in general?lets say 30 and above?what about what vitamins supplements should 60yrs old women take which ones are good.i go to buy for my mom but they are too many i dont know which one.thanks.

Go to the vitamin isle and they sell women’s one a day pills. They are specially designed for all different needs, they have one for older and one for normal age. I take women’s one a day with calcium support, because I don’t like milk. Good luck
