what channel is exercise tv on demand?

Question by jawbreaker: what channel is exercise tv on demand?
i have bright house tv in the pinnelas county Florida area and i cant seem to figure out what channel exercise tv is on.
i see the commercials all the time.
just don’t know where the heck it is.
help!
