What are the FBF (Fat Burning Furnace) Exercises?

i wan’t to lose weight but i can’t afford to buy these expensive packages or join a gym and from what i have heard the FBF Seems to really work and no gym joining necessary so can someone tell me what the workouts are like are they really hard and what exactly do you do? im thinking about doing this and adding a colon cleanse to it as well…
