Question by neel s: Virgin took money from my account without my knowledge even though l canceled direct debit. What shall l do?
I am a student and due to some personal problem l had to cancel direct debit with virgin media. l called them and told them about it. but they took the payment anyway. I called the manager but they could not do anything.
what shall l do?
