Q&A: What everyday household foods have Vitamin D?
Question by Hello(:: What everyday household foods have Vitamin D?
I’ve getting enough of it, but I was just watching a Yoplait commercial talking about Vitamin D. I don’t want to go through everything in my house seeing if it has Vitamin D. So, what household (everyday) items have Vitamin D?

The flesh of fish (such as salmon, tuna, and mackerel) and fish liver oils are among the best sources. Ready-to-eat breakfast cereals often contain added vitamin D, as do some brands of orange juice, yogurt, and margarine. In the United States, foods allowed to be fortified with vitamin D include cereal flours and related products, milk and products made from milk, and calcium-fortified fruit juices and drinks.
