Do you mean Non-profit Organisations or public? I know their public ones follow the Nordic Model:

Non-profit, well, they don’t really need any private programs, because of their high GDPPPPPC (Gross Domestic Product Purchasing Power Parity Per Capita), i.e. they’re almost all middle or upper class. The only internal one I know of is that the Salvation Army collects money in order to buy Christmas food and Christmas presents for the (few) poor. One of the reason why they can keep such a generous welfare system as they do, is because the unions ensure high pay, so the taxes aren’t much of a problem, and few will need the poverty benefits.
