Not a pill person, however my beautician suggested taking vitamin B pills that will help my grow strong. My hair was damaged from wearing bonding glue in my hair. I now wear sew-ins and I keep my hair moisturized. I hear that Biotin pills are good for hair growth…how true is this?

sorry, I don’t know about Biotin pills but I have heard Prenatal vitamins make your hair and nails grow, they have Vitamin B in them and a lot of other vitamins as well.
