I will put down the down payment for the house.

I’m gonna use it as income producing property and will generate monthly profits since the renters will pay.

I’ already have 3 renters.

Yes I’m gonna collect rent and use that to pay the mortgage.

Then, the renters would not be “taking over the mortgage payments”. LOL

All you describe is being a landlord.
