This is similar to how I usually eat.
A banana
3 tangerines.
a bowl of pineapple
cup of carrot juice
cup of celery juice
a tablespoon of organic Apple Cider Vinegar (for health benefits)
Pills:
Vitamin D3
Vitamin C
Fish Oil
Odorless Garlic Pill
—Green Tea Extract
Cranberry Pill
Ginger Pill
(Ran out of Vitamin B12..must get today and take! :o)
I had a spoon full of vegan chocolate chip cookie because I got tempted after making them :p
Later I will most likely have a bowl of broccoli, some spinach,
and then a bowl of strawberries.
^-^ and I’ve been drinking tea with cinnamon in it all day, because lately that’s been my obsession. Plus I heard cinnamon aids in the digestion process. 🙂
and I’m going to have MORE BANANAS LATER, love emm, lol ..and maybe an apple

I’d say you need more carbs!
Bread, pasta, bagels, anything like that.
While fruits and veggies are great for you, your body needs carbs too!
