Is it possible to achieve the same results with bodyweight exercises as opposed to the gym?
Question by SweetDreamsBeautifulLiar: Is it possible to achieve the same results with bodyweight exercises as opposed to the gym?
So I am very thin, so I know I have to work out.
I was wondering whether it is still possible to get same results if you do bodyweight exercises (squats, situps, pushups) as opposed to going to a gym, using dumbells, etc? This is because for personal reasons, going to a gym is just not possible.
But I still need to take care of my body.

sorta. you can get deffinitely get ripped/maintain (as most actors/models will tell you that’s how they stay in shape when on a set or away), but you’re not going to get super strong. the only reason muscle builds is because the body is lifting/moving more wieght/mass. I’ve found an easy thing to use though is just a backpack with some hard cover books in it. it’s what i’ve always used and you can do basically every excersize with it that you can at a gym.
