Can some body explain where all the non profit $ 50,000 womb wet infants money goes? Medical Bills? Living Expenses? Adoption Legal Paper work from attorney, adoption agency staff, ceo, lobbyist! Where is all this money going?

You answered your own question. The money goes to all of that. Can we please stop saying womb wet babies? I personally consider it the upside of adoption that I never have to see a womb wet baby
