How to keep important documents and credit cards money safe while in college dorm?

I don’t really want to buy a lock box since someone can just take the whole thing. How do i keep my credit cards, wallet, money safe? Should i hide it? Like in my dirty laundry? I need some tips, what do you guys do to keep your money safe?

I had a big drawer that had a lock on it… so that worked well for me. Is there a way for you to put a padlock on a closet or drawer? The hardware should be easy to find. If you have any issues installing it, dorm management should be able to assist, as it’s reasonable to have at least one spot to keep items safe.

If not – keep your wallet in your pocket – and under your mattress or pillow at night!
