I was wondering how they work. Is that like they want you to pay some money to start the business and ask you to run a similar web site to get start-up fees? Like old pyramid scheme? Only the top of the pyramid can get much money?
If so, I was wondering if it’s legal and if I can really make money as advertised.
It seems some sites put CNN or ABC or New York Times logos on the pages.
