Question by Parth: How can a new bank borrow money from the Government to loan out money to the people?
I am a freshman in a high school. Just curious!!!
I know that when someone starts a new bank they don’t have enough money from people’s deposit to loan out money to other people, so they have to borrow money from government. Can you tell me how one can borrow money from government? detail answer would be great. thank you very much.
