My girlfriend told me she had once drank about 10 shots of vodka and started vomiting, so her friend gave her a vitamin B12 shot in her butt and within 30 minutes she felt good and had stopped vomiting. I wonder if it works or she was lied to about it being vitamin B12.

vitamin b12 is an energy vitamin/supplement. i think shes full of sh*t
