Chewable Prenatal Vitamins?

I can’t swallow vitamin. if they are little like BC i can, but not big ones. is there any way i can take them without losing the nutrients in them or are there chewable (or luquid) prenatal vitamins? Or does my doc have to prescribe me to chewable ones?

I was taking the flinstones complete chewables for a while because the prenatals I was on made me sick in the first trimester.
