Question by Meaghan: Can taking to many of these vitamins hurt my health?
I am taking one Prenatal Vitamin and one B-100 complex vitamin a day to enrich the health of my hair and 1 calcium pill for my bones a day. I am also taking (a day) a melatonin pill to help me sleep (prescribed by my doctor), one fish oil pill, and 1 biotin pill (also for my hair). The vitamins for my hair help in other areas as well. Does this sound like too much?

you’d be much better off eating a healthy balanced diet and then you wouldn’t need any pills
