Question by procrastinator: Can I get my money back from Virgin Mobile?
I got a Virgin Mobile phone today, but to use it I had to activate it and use my top up card, the card was for $ 55 and provided unlimited everything. The guy at the store said Virgin Mobile would be the best company to get, but once the phone was activated I quickly noticed that the service is absolutely terrible. I’m sure I can return the phone, but whether or not I can get my money back from the top up thing is my bigger concern right now. Anyone know what I can do?

u can sell the phone with the minutes at a higher price or sell the phone after deactivating it with no minutes. I had the problem and called virgin live support and they refunded my money. just say to them your new to virgin and u didn’t know bout all this.
